Early Times Report JAMMU, July 30: MLA Jammu West, Arvind Gupta, on Wednesday conducted an on-site visit to the PHE Medical Division-2 Pumping Station located in Rajpura within the Jammu West Assembly Constituency. The visit aimed at reviewing the current water supply status, assessing the efficiency of pumping operations, and addressing the local requirements to ensure uninterrupted and adequate water distribution for the residents. During the inspection, Arvind Gupta closely monitored the functioning of the pumping station and engaged with PHE officials to understand the operational challenges and maintenance needs. He emphasized the importance of providing a consistent and reliable water supply, especially in light of increasing demand from the residents in Jammu West. Speaking on the occasion, Arvind Gupta said, "Access to clean and sufficient water is a fundamental need of every citizen. It is our responsibility to ensure that the water supply infrastructure functions optimally to meet the daily needs of the people. We will work closely with the Public Health Engineering Department to resolve any issues and enhance the water distribution system in Rajpura and surrounding areas." Arvind Gupta assured that all necessary steps would be taken to improve the water supply system and asked officials to maintain regular oversight to prevent any disruptions. He reiterated BJP's commitment to improving basic amenities and delivering efficient public services to the people of Jammu West.
