| CBC organises Tiranga Rally in Ghagwal | | | Early Times Report
SAMBA, Aug 13: In a vibrant display of patriotism and unity, a Tiranga Rally was organised by Central Bureau of Communication (CBC) Field Office Kathua/ Samba in Ghagwal town of Samba, bringing together students, cultural artists, and the local community to celebrate the spirit of National Integration.
The programme began with an engaging seminar and a drawing competition by the students of Government Higher Secondary School, Ghagwal, focusing on the theme of "National Integration". Students showcased their creativity and understanding of the importance of unity in diversity through thought-provoking presentations and artworks.
In his address, Rajesh Sharma in charge CBC Kathua/Samba threw light on the importance of national integration. He informed the gathering about various Central government welfare schemes.
While sharing his insights, Rajesh Kumar Sharma in charge principal urged the students to remain connected with the schemes of central government with a positive mind. He praised the efforts of CBC for organising such an interactive and relevant programme,
The Tiranga Rally that passed through the bustling market lanes of the town. It was marked by the enthusiastic participation of students, citizens and officials, all carrying the national flag and chanting patriotic slogans.
Adding to the spirit of the event, the Cultural Teams of CBC Regional Office, Jammu, delivered thrilling cultural performances that captivated the audience. Their songs, dances, and skits echoed the message of harmony, peace, and brotherhood. The celebration concluded with a felicitation ceremony to honour the participants and contributors, followed by light refreshments for all.
