The inauguration ceremony witnessed the presence of JMC officials, local dignitaries, BJP Mandal President, senior citizens, and enthusiastic residents of the ward. The project aims to resolve long-pending issues related to poor drainage, waterlogging, and broken lanes that have affected daily life in the area. Development begins at the doorstep of the common man. Today’s initiative is part of our ongoing mission to provide basic amenities with dignity. Clean lanes and functional drainage are the foundation of a healthy, progressive society,” said MLA Randhawa while addressing the gathering. He emphasized that this work falls under a larger drive for urban cleanliness and infrastructure improvement, aligned with the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Swachhta Campaign). The MLA also took the opportunity to interact with residents and inspect other civic issues in the locality. MLA Randhawa assured that similar works will be initiated in other wards, including improvements in road connectivity, lighting, water supply, and sanitation.
