Jammu, Oct 1: As a mark of celebration of National Voluntary Blood Donation Day 2025, on 01 Oct 25, 84 Bn CRPF Ramban, in collaboration with District Hospital Ramban, organized a Blood Donation Camp at the Blood Bank of District Hospital Ramban. During the campaign, several personnel of 84 Bn CRPF voluntarily donated their blood.
The function was attended by Sh N Ranbir Singh Commandant, Sh Vikram Singh Second in Command, Sh Roop Ram Meena Asstt Cdt and nearly 50 personnel of 84 Bn CRPF. Dr Mohd Rafi Medical Superintendent, Dr Sanjay Bhasin Medical Officer, Dr Mudasir Akram Medical Officer and other officials of District Hospital Ramban also participated in the camp.
During the function, Sh N Ranbir Singh Commandant stated that the camp is organized with the theme “Give Blood, Give Hope and Together we save lives”.
He appealed to the people to voluntarily donate blood regularly, not only to save lives, but also to ensure a steady and safe supply blood for the needy.
He also assured the officials of the District Hospital Ramban that in future, whenever required, 84 Bn CRPF will be ready to donate blood for the needy patients of the hospital.
The officials of the Blood Bank Ramban thanked 84 Bn CRPF for organizing the blood donation camp.
