Early Times Report RAJOURI, Oct 1: In its ongoing efforts towards community welfare and nation-building, the Indian Army organized a Swachhata Pakhwada programme at Government Degree College (GDC) Budhal, District Rajouri. The event aimed to raise awareness about cleanliness, hygiene and environmental conservation among students, faculty and the local community. A large-scale cleanliness drive was carried out in and around the college premises, with enthusiastic participation from Indian Army personnel, teachers and students. During the programme, Indian Army officials emphasized the importance of cleanliness as a collective responsibility and urged the youth to adopt eco-friendly and sustainable practices in their daily lives.
