False Narrative Era Over
10/15/2025 10:21:10 PM
Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha once again reiterated his resolve to ensure justice for terror victim families and assured stern punishment to elements who peddled false narratives for decades at Pakistan’s behest of stern punishment.
During the past three to four months a campaign to provide justice to victims of terror has gained momentum as 250 NOKs of terror victim families have been provided with the appointment letters.
The Lieutenant Governor met the terror victim families at Dardpora in Kupwara and stated how Pakistani terrorists and their support system in the Valley ran a false narrative for three decades to absolve terror country Pakistan for its sins.
The Lieutenant Governor’s meeting with the terror victim families in Dardpora—a village that symbolizes both suffering and strength—was both emotional and symbolic.
LG Sinha’s words that “Pakistan, the breeding ground of terrorism, stands exposed” reflect India’s growing confidence and clarity in calling out the source of cross-border violence.
His assurance that those involved in spreading fake narratives will be brought to justice reinforces a long-overdue accountability process—one that aims to dismantle the ecosystem that enabled terror to thrive.
For over three decades, Pakistan and its proxies in the Valley waged not just a violent campaign through guns and bombs, but also a psychological war through misinformation and propaganda. This insidious narrative aimed to distort facts, absolve Pakistan of its crimes exploited the emotions of the local population, fueled unrest, and manipulated generations into believing falsehoods.
Justice for terror victims is not only about punishing the guilty; it is also about reclaiming the dignity of those who were wronged. By ensuring employment, compensation, and public acknowledgment of their suffering, the administration is helping victims’ families regain a sense of purpose and belonging. It is equally about exposing those who profited politically or financially from Kashmir’s tragedy.
As Jammu and Kashmir moves forward on the path of peace and progress, these efforts mark a clear break from the past—a past shaped by manipulation, fear, and external interference. The promise of justice and truth, as reaffirmed by Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, stands as a beacon of hope for a society long denied both. The message from Dardpora is clear: the era of deceit is over; the era of justice and accountability has begun.
