Nubra, Nov 4: The Administrative Secretary, Agriculture and Horticulture Department, UT Ladakh, Bhupesh Chaudhary, IAS, visited various villages in Nubra Subdivision to assess the status of ongoing projects and review field-level progress under the respective departments.
During the visit, the Administrative Secretary inspected farms at Hunder and Terchey villages, where he reviewed the agricultural and horticultural activities being undertaken. He appreciated the initiatives implemented by the concerned departments and offered guidance on strengthening existing projects to enhance productivity and ensure sustainability.
He also interacted with local representatives and Nambardars at Bogdang and Tyakshi villages to discuss challenges and opportunities related to agricultural and horticultural development in the region.
Heads of Departments and representatives from the concerned departments accompanied the Secretary during the tour. |
