Bishnah, Nov 13: Dr. Rajeev Kumar Bhagat, MLA Bishnah Constituency, today launched a significant development initiative by kick-starting works valued at a total of ₹31.25 lacs. The projects are designed to boost essential infrastructure, focusing on improving connectivity and local amenities for the residents of the constituency. The commencement of works included a vital project to enhance road access. MLA Bhagat inaugurated the construction of a link road to Khawaspur village, sanctioned at ₹7.00 lacs. This crucial road will be executed by the Public Works Department (R&B) Sub Division Bishnah. The new link road is expected to significantly ease movement and transportation, providing much-needed relief to the local population. In a separate, major initiative, Dr. Bhagat also launched comprehensive development works in Panchayat Harsa Dabber, with a dedicated budget of ₹24.25 lacs. These extensive works will be overseen and executed by the Rural Development Department Block Bishnah. The projects sanctioned for Harsa Dabber are wide-ranging and include the construction of essential public utility infrastructure such as lanes and drains, along with necessary safety and structural reinforcements like protection walls and edge walls. These improvements aim to enhance sanitation, water runoff management, and general public safety, leading to a substantial upgrade in the living standards within the Panchayat. During the launch ceremony, MLA Dr. Rajeev Bhagat addressed the gathering, emphasizing the government's commitment to prioritizing grassroots development and ensuring that funds are utilized effectively for the welfare of the people. He called for timely and high-quality execution of all the projects. He was joined by the Field Staff and Engineering wing of the Public Works Department Sub Division Bishnah and officials from the Block Development Office Bishnah, signifying strong departmental coordination. Prominent local figures who attended the event to show their support included Supinder Sharma General Secretary, Ajeet Singh Charak former Sarpanch, Captain Bodh Raj Choudhary, Ashwani Saini, Ashu, Lambardar Roam Singh, S.
