JAMMU, Nov 13: In a resolute effort to enforce justice, Jammu District Police have successfully apprehended a fugitive,Maskin Ali S/O Jung Ali R/O Mehmoodpur Bishabh Jammu, who had been evading capture for over one year. The accused was wanted in connection with a case registered under FIR No. 04/2014, facing charges under Sections 395.201 RPC and 4/25 Arms Act at Police Station Bishnah.
A specialized team from Police Station Bishnah, under the supervision of SHO Bishnah,Inspector Rakesh Jamwal , led by PSI Mohd Zahid acting on a non-bailable warrant issued under Section 512 of the CrPC by the Hon'ble 1st Additional Sessions Judge, Jammu, meticulously tracked and arrested the accused, who had been at large since the crime.
Following his arrest,the accused has been produced before honourable court Bishnah for further orders.
