Early Times Report JAMMU, Dec 3: The High Court of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh has ordered a minor reshuffle of Sessions Judges, effecting transfers and postings involving the NIA Court, the District Judge (LRP) post and the Family Court at Jammu. According to an order issued by the Registrar General from the Jammu wing of the High Court, Shri Sandeep Gandotra, presently Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as District Judge, LRP, Jammu in place of Shri Amit Sharma. Amit Sharma, who was serving as District Judge, LRP, Jammu, has been shifted and posted as Additional Judge, Family Court, Jammu, vice Shri Prem Sagar. Consequently, Shri Prem Sagar, Additional Judge, Family Court, Jammu, has been transferred and posted as Presiding Officer, NIA Court, Jammu, vice Shri Sandeep Gandotra, thereby completing the three-way reshuffle ordered by the High Court. The transfers have been ordered "in the interest of administration" and will take effect immediately, with all concerned authorities directed to ensure smooth implementation. —(JNF) |
