JAMMU, Jan 29: The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir and Ladakh has delegated specific administrative powers to Justice Sanjeev Kumar.
As per the order passed by the Registrar General, the Chief Justice has authorized Justice Sanjeev Kumar to consider and dispose of requests mooted by Judicial Officers and Gazetted Officers of the High Court Registry and District Judiciary for sanction of General Provident Fund in their favour.
The delegation also covers requests received from the Anti-Corruption Bureau, J&K, seeking permission to present challans manually before the trial courts. |
