This campaign was not limited merely to providing information; rather, railway staff actively assisted passengers by helping them download and install the 'Railone' app on their mobile phones. Elderly passengers and those less familiar with technology were guided through the app's interface and registration process in simple, easy-to-understand language, ensuring they could utilize it independently in the future.Key features of the 'Railone' app highlighted to passengers included the fact that they no longer need to maintain separate applications for various railway services.Accurate information regarding current train status, PNR inquiries, and coach positions. The utility of the app for obtaining immediate resolutions to any issues related to cleanliness, water availability, or security encountered during the journey. The facility to book both unreserved and reserved tickets, as well as the option to order meals through e-catering services. In this regard, Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Mr. Uchit Singhal, stated, "Our objective is to extend every digital railway service to the last-mile passenger.
