GDC Ramgarh organizes online Yoga poses session ahead of International Yoga Day

RAMGARH, June 18: As part of the ongoing celebrations leading up to International Yoga Day, Government Degree College Ramgarh organized an online Yoga Poses Session under the theme "Yoga for Health and Wellness." The programme aimed to promote the importance of yoga in maintaining physical fitness, mental well-being, and a healthy lifestyle.
The event was conducted under the able guidance of Dr. Meeru Abrol, Principal of the College. The session was organized by Mr. Ashok Kumar and coordinated by Prof. Brham Dutt. Students enthusiastically participated in the programme and performed various yoga poses from their homes and institutions, demonstrating their commitment to health, wellness, and the spirit of International Yoga Day. Their active involvement reflected a growing awareness of the benefits of yoga in everyday life.
The programme witnessed enthusiastic participation and generated awareness about the importance of incorporating yoga into daily routines for overall well-being. The college continues to organize such activities to encourage students and the community to embrace healthy practices and contribute towards a culture of wellness and fitness.
