Early Times Report JAMMU, June 18: The National Human Rights Social Justice Council of India (GLOBAL) is pleased to announce the appointment of journalist Narinder Singh Thakur as Press Secretary for the Union Territory of Jammu & Kashmir and District President (Udhampur District). The announcement was formally made at the Press Club Jammu. The appointment was made under the leadership of Advocate M.I. Zargar Patnavi, Director General of NHRSJCI (GLOBAL), in the presence of Fareed Ahmed Fani, President of the Northern Zone.
