KATHUA, June 18: Deputy Commissioner Kathua Rajesh Sharma today chaired a meeting to review preparedness and arrangements for Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra 2026 in the district. SSP Kathua Mohita Sharma was also present.
Discussions were held on the progress of various executing agencies regarding establishment of facilities and service points at the Lakhanpur Yatri Facilitation Centre. The meeting also reviewed arrangements for RFID and E-KYC counters, a 10-bedded healthcare unit, drinking water points, lavatory units and other basic amenities for Yatris. |
