Early Times Report JAMMU, July 7: A joint mock drill was conducted today at Ransoo, the base camp of Shri Shiv Khori Temple, by Jammu and Kashmir Police, Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) and Indian Army to assess and enhance coordinated response capabilities in the event of any security contingency. The exercise focused on swift mobilisation of security personnel, coordinated area domination, civilian safety measures, effective communication, and seamless inter-agency coordination under a simulated emergency scenario. The drill was supervised by senior officers of the participating forces, who reviewed the response mechanism and operational preparedness of the security agencies. Such joint exercises form an integral part of ongoing preparedness measures aimed at strengthening coordination, improving response efficiency, and ensuring a secure environment for residents and visitors.
