EARLY TIMES REPORT JAMMU, Jan 12: Rebel leaders of Peoples Democratic Party appearing on the political scene in Kashmir has evoked sharp reactions from their parent party (PDP) and the National Conference. Soon after this group met the delegation of 15 envoys from different countries in Srinagar the PDP expelled them from the party. National Conference ridiculed these leaders and called them all names. They just fell short of terming them as traitors. An analyst while talking to Early Times said, "Most of the leaders who met the envoys and the Lieutenant Governor G C Murmu comprised of the PDP leaders, who were ignored by their party when it was in power." He said, "Now these leaders have got a chance to make their presence felt and they are making sure that they utilize this opportunity to come on the forefront and become a force in new political setup in the newly carved out union territory of Jammu and Kashmir."
