Early Times Report srinagar, Jan 22: Almost two months have passed since the government ordered a probe into the alleged wrong doings of Jammu and Kashmir Projects Construction Corporation (JKPCC), but the report is yet to be submitted. The four member fact finding committee is headed by Principal Secretary Planning, Development and Monitoring Department, and had to submit the report by December 26.
