Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 9: While the Jammu and Kashmir government has been spending huge amounts on cultural activities like musical shows and doing artwork on main roads in Kashmir, the administration had no money to send back body of Virendra Paswan, the poor Gole Guppa wala from Bihar who was recently shot dead by militants in Kashmir. On October 6, Paswan was among the three civilians killed on the fateful evening. He was shot dead while selling Gole Guppas in Lal Bazar locality of Srinagar. He was cremated at Karan Nagar cremation grounds here on October 7 afternoon while his brother and locals participated in his last rites. Early Times Report Anantnag, Oct 9: A National Investigation Agency (NIA) Court on Saturday farmed charges against the separatist leader Asiya Andrabi and her eight (8) other associates for hatching a criminal conspiracy against the country and disturbing law and order.
