10/7/2021 12:04:43 AM
Early Times Report Jammu, Oct 6: While selective killings of civilians and unarmed cops are going unabated in Kashmir Valley, authorities are still groping in the dark. “Strong condemnation” with ‘heavily loaded’ words has become a routine as the present dispensation appears to be helpless in containing selective killings, going in Valley after repeated intervals. According to reports, 23 civilians have been shot dead by terrorists in targeted-killings this year till date, including 8 in Srinagar, 4 in Pulwama, 4 in Anantnag, 3 in Kulgam, 2 in Baramulla, 1 in Budgam and 1 in Bandipora. Three of 23 were non-locals from mainland India, 2 Kashmiri Pandits, and 18 were Muslims. Selective killings of prominent businessmen are part of the deep-rooted conspiracy to completely shake the confidence of those who dared to live...
