Early Times Report KATHUA, Oct 11: Under the nose of Election Commission two polling staff officials were found getting their photographs clicked with a politician, who had gone to cast his vote in a polling booth in district Kathua on Wednesday. According to the photograph circulated on social networking sites, two polling staff officials including Returning officer and another polling staff member were seen standing with a politician and a cameraman was seen clicking their photograph.
