Some detained netas likely to be shifted to Jammu

Early Times Report Srinagar, Nov 7: Some of the senior politicians who were detained at the Centaur Hotel here for the around 90 days are likely to be shifted to Jammu in the coming days. Sources said the government was looking into the avenues of shifting the politicians to a "Centaur Hotel like" facility in Jammu. Sources said the authorities are of the opinion that providing heating arrangements to the detained politicians in Kashmir wouldn't be that easy during the coming harsh winter months. "Some of them(detained leaders) are senior citizens and have been complaining of cold conditions. Though the alternative accommodation in Srinagar has assured to provide heating arrangements, ensuring 24-hour warmth is not possible. So, shifting them to Jammu is a better option," said a senior official on the condition of anonymity. Sources said the matter has been discussed with some of the detained politicians who have sought time to discuss the matter with their families.
