Kashmir centric leaders mulling to leave Valley

Early Times Report jammu, Dec 13: After the abrogation of Article 370, Kashmir centric leaders are struggling to make their presence felt and a few of them have reportedly decided to shift their families out of the Valley. Sources told Early Times that these leaders have realized that their political careers have ended and its better for them to move out of Kashmir. "Many political leaders during their hey days had purchased properties in other states as well as the foreign countries. After August 5, 2019, these leaders have realized that time has come for them to move on and they are doing so," they added. An observer said that most of the Kashmir centric politicians have purchased huge properties in other states as well as in the foreign countries and it's an "open secret." "These leaders moving out of Kashmir is no big deal as they are aware of the fact that they have become irrelevant now and they have not been left with anything to fall back upon as far their political careers are concerned," the observer added. Early Times Report jammu, Dec 13: The alleged lackluster approach of the State Employment Guarantee Council to ensure proper implementation of various schemes under National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, has virtually defeated the objective of the scheme. According to the details available with Early Times the council has met only once in five years due to which the key decisions have not been implemented. The mortality rate of the virus in the union territory is 1.55 percent. As 382 new cases of virus were reported today the total number of positive cases reached 1, 16,008 in Jammu & Kashmir. With six deaths being reported in past 24 hours the number of casualties reached 1,799. Out of 1, 16,008 cases 1, 09,507 people have recovered so far.
