Early Times Report Jammu, May 10: Former Army Chief and Union Minister, V K Singh, recently said that the Government of India (GoI) has a ready plan to recapture Pakistan occupied Kashmir (PoK) and it will be done at an opportune time. Singh’s statement has come at a time when the Pakistan sponsored terrorists are making desperate bids to infiltrate into Jammu and Kashmir and the ones present in the Valley are making attempts to make their presence felt. An analyst while talking to Early Times said, “After the attacks on security forces in north Kashmir’s Handwara area in which eight security personnel, including a Colonel and a Major, were martyred security top brass has held series of meetings.
