Jammu, May 7: National Conference is these days presenting perhaps the best picture of dubious politics of Jammu and Kashmir with changing stands on crucial matters becoming the party’s hallmark.
The High Court of Jammu and Kashmir earlier this week termed Darbar Move a ruthless burden on state coffer and asked the government to consider abolishing the practice keeping in view the huge financial constraints involved in the process and asked the dispensation whether it was ready to spent Rs 200 crores on such a practice every year.
On May 6, this year, however, national conference came out with a detailed statement opposing such move aimed to abolishing the practice of Darbar Move in the former state of Jammu and Kashmir.

Srinagar, May 7: With the killing of at least 64 militants since January this year, the security agencies here maintained that they have ‘achieved major success in Jammu and Kashmir against militants in last three years’.

SRINAGAR, May 7: The death toll due to Corona Virus in the union territory of Jammu & Kashmir reached nine as a man in his thirties died at the Shri Maharaja Hari Singh (SMHS) hospital here on Wednesday night.
