Early Times Report Srinagar, May 13: Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Friday met relatives of Rahul Bhat and asserted that “terrorists and their supporters will have to pay a very heavy price for their heinous act.” Bhat was shot dead inside his office premises in Chadoora Budgam on Thursday. His killing triggered instant protests at various places and widespread condemnation all across. Bhat’s mortal remains were cremated at Bantalab locality in Jammu on Friday. “Met the relatives of Rahul Bhat and assured justice to the family. In this hour of grief, the government stands firmly with Rahul’s family. Terrorists and their supporters will have to pay a very heavy price for their heinous act”, LG tweets. Early Times Report Srinagar, May 13: A policeman was shot dead by militants in Jammu and Kashmir’s Pulwama district on Friday, police said. This is the second killing in Kashmir in less than 24 hours. Police said unarmed constable Riyaz Ahmad Thoker was fired upon at his residence at Gudoora in Pulwama in the morning, leaving him injured.
