Jammu, Feb 14 : On the direction of High Court of J&K Legal Services Committee District Legal Services Authority, Reasi organized National Lok Adalat today here today under the chairmanship of K S Parihar, Chairman District Legal Services Authority (Principal District & Sessions Judge) Reasi.
In the Lok Adalat out of 85, 30 cases were settled and an amount of Rs. 3509372 was recovered, two benches were constituted for settlement of cases. 1st Bench of Lok Adalat was presided over by K S Parihar Chairman, District Legal Services Authority Reasi, who was assisted by Joti Bhagat Munsif Reasi, 2nd Bench was presided over by Sunit Gupta, Chairman Tehsil Legal Services committee (Chief Judicial Magistrate) Reasi, who was assisted by Anjana Rajput, Spl. Addl. Mobile Magistrate. |
