Youth stabbed, shot at by rival group in city outskirts 2/14/2015 11:33:51 PM Early Times Report Jammu, Feb 14: A youth allegedly was stabbed and shot at in city outskirts under the jurisdiction of Gangyal Police Station by a rival group led by a notorious criminal here on Saturday. Police have registered a case in this regard and investigations are on Police sources said that a youth identified as Gurnam Singh alias Gama of Digiana Camp while on his way to home was intercepted by a group of four youth led by Vikram Singh of Model Town Digiana. "The assailants inflicted severe injuries by sharp edged weapon to their victim and also fired some shot on him resulting bullet injuries to him, police sources said. Sources added that after the assailants fled from the spot leaving the injured in a pool of blood who later was shifted to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMC&H) Jammu where his condition was stated to be critical till last reports came in.
