HC stays selection of 633 JEs (Civil) 3/3/2015 11:24:53 PM Jammu, Mar 3 (JNF): State High Court today stayed the selection of 633 Junior Engineer (Civil) and also issued notice to the respondents and ordered that subject to objections from other side be filed till next date of hearing. After hearing Sr Adv Sunil Sethi with Adv Mohsin Bhat appearing for the Azhar Hussain Rehsi & Other petitioners, Justice Tashi Rabstan observed that the petitioner has sought quashment of the Govt Order 62-PW(Hyd) whereby the private respondent have been appointed as Junior Engineer and also sought directions to the nodal recruitment agency SSRB to carry out the selection process of 633 posts of Junior Engineer by formulating criteria which does not in any manner infringe the fundamental rights of the petitioners.Justice Tashi Rabstan while issuing notice to the respondents also ordered that subject to objections from other side and till next date before the Bench selection/appointment of private respondents to the post of Junior Engineer (Civil) shall remain stayed.   Share This News with Your Friends on Social Network     Comment on this Story
