Jammu, Mar 3: Throwing all the norms to winds the blue-eyed in the Education department still are enjoying the choicest placement due to alleged patronage of the incumbent director, despite detachment orders from the state government.
"In a fresh glaring example, one Parvaiz Hussan Bhat has been transferred from BHSS Ashmujie Kulgam to SIE Jammu without any available post, sources said.
Pertinently, Governor N N Vohra had issued direction for cancellation of attachment/deployments of teaching staff, Director School Education Government order 08-Edu of 2014 dated 15/01/2015.
Sources told Early Times that after the detachment orders were issued at least 139 employees from the SIE were detached and sent back to their original place of posting.
"As against 65 posts in SIE, the School Education Department had employed over 139 employees of the Education Department and after issuance of detachment orders all were detached and sent back to their original places," said sources, adding Bhat continued to enjoy privileges and was shifted from Kulgam to SIE Jammu, as per his wishes.
He has been posted in the SIE by the concerned Director despite attachments being rescinded and banned. Pertinently, blue-eyed officials, (masters) namely Gurucharan Singh (acting PA), Ravinder Singh, Rakesh Gandotra, and one Subash Shastri (self-styled acting media person ) were not shifted out of the directorate office despite strict instructions from the Governor. |
