| EX MLA Dr Chaman demands facilities for those facing nature's hostilities | | | Early Times Report
JAMMU, Mar 3:Former Member Legislative Assembly from Ramban Dr Chaman Lal Baghat today demanded adequate facilities for the people of Ramban District presently facing the wrath of nature's hostilities.
In press statement issued today, Dr Chaman Lal Bahghat said that due to continuous rain and snowfall in the District, the people are facing lot of hardship. He said that the farmers have suffered massive loss to the crops beside several house and orchids suffered massive damages due to hostile weather.
He said that newly placed government must initiate quick measure to reach out the people during ongoing hard period and harsh season.
He demanded that the people in many areas of the District are yet to receive the six month free ration and demanded immediate distribution of essentialities like medicine, LPG, Kerosene Oil in affected areas. |
