DSU holds meet, criticizes JU | | | Early Times Report
Jammu, Aug 24: Distance Students Union (DSU) today held a meeting of its working members and discussed various moves taken by Jammu University for implementing anti-students policies in the University in general and in DDE in particular. Meeting was held under the chairmanship of DSU President Mukesh Parihar(who is also State President of AISF). Meeting chalked out various programmes to highlight their genuine demands which included make students of Political Science and Economic as regular or maintain status quo, continue political science, Economic and M Ed in DDE, scrap 60% criteria in DDE, after meeting, DSU members also met with Director DDE and put forth their demands in front of him. Those who were present on the occasion included Sanjay, Rajeshwar, Gagandeep, Darvinder, Wassim, Shaan, Ajaz, Manish, Akshay, Zeenat, Shabnam, Heena, Manpreet, Sabhahat, Jimmy, Yasir, Sangarsh, Sajjad and Ravinder. |
