| Jammu, Aug 29: The students of KCIS participated in Tiranga an interschool competition organized by Banyan International school on August 27, 2016. The students participated in various activities and won prizes also. They were diligently trained and guided by the faculty at KCIS. The senior group who depicted the 'PANCHMA-HABHUTA' through a beautiful Rangoli won the first prize (Ridhima Raina , Mehak Mahajan, Samridhi Chouhan, Suvigya Sharma, Prerna Gupta). Samaira Raina won third prize in story telling competition. Arpita won third prize in clay modeling. Lakshita Choudhary and Sharanya won second prize in collage making and Mahee Pandita won third prize in pot painting. Overall the students had participated in seven categories and won prizes in five of them. Principal Maya Mishra congratulated the winners and also applauded the teachers for putting in strenuous efforts to bring laurels to the school. |
