NTEA visits KVK Kathua 9/16/2016 10:57:27 PM Early Times Report Kathua, Sept 16: Office bearers of Non Teaching Employees Association visited Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Kathua to listen the problems of the counterparts. The visiting Association members were given warm welcome by the non teaching staff by the KVK, Kathua. Threadbare discussions were held with the officials of the different cadres. Mainly on three issues, the employees showed their concern are i) implementation of technical grades in favour of the employees having technical field ii) caderization of un-caderized posts iii) promotion of class IV employees at the pattern of other cadres and transfer of employees. The Association members briefed the employees that all the issues raised by them are already in process and are being vigorously followed with the administration to have their logical conclusion.
