Eloped along with her baby, Rajouri woman, paramour recovered from Shimla

Rajouri, Feb 11: Rajouri police have claimed to have recovered a kidnapped woman along with her 3 years old girl baby from the possession of kidnapper from a town in Shimla district in Himachal Pradesh within one month of the complaint.
On the other-hand, 30 years old woman wanted to live with kidnapper (both eloped) who is 12th class student and reportedly a relative. On the complaint of her husband namely Arun Kumar r/o Salwa Bhalwal a missing report was lodged in Police station at Sunderbani on January.
Under the supervision of Additional SP , Nowshera an investigation was initiated by police team headed by inspector Tilak Raj, SHO.
But during preliminary investigation it was established that it was a kidnapping case and accordingly a case under section 366 and 109 RPC was registered.
During further investigation some relatives of the woman were also questioned and police found that one of the relatives namely Akshit Kumar s /o Balbir Raj, a student of 12th class presently putting up at Qasim Nagar Narwal, Jammu was also missing.
Later police took help of criminal cyber cell, Chandigarh and mobile phones of the boy and woman were put under surveillance and their location was traced at Kufri near Shimla.
A police team headed by Head Constable Ravinder Singh was rushed to Shimla and with the help of Shimla police the woman along with her baby were recovered by the police. Akshit was also arrested and all the three were brought to Sunderbani today.
Sources said that both had taken enough money and were living in a rented room at Kufari while Akshit had joined a private job. "In a surprising development the woman refused to go either with her husband, in-laws or parents and has been demanding to live with Akshit. The woman has been kept in the police station while the baby was taken away by the father" said sources.
When contacted SHO admitted that the woman has refused to go with her husband and wanted to live with Akshit and both had eloped.
"The woman will be produced before the court on Monday for the recording of her statement for further investigation in this matter" said SHO.
