Early Times Report

Jammu, Apr 22: Differences between Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Member Legislative Council (MLC) Firdous Tak and Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) MLA Kishtwar Sunil Kumar Sharma came to public after PDP MLC hit out at BJP MLA Kishtwar during a public function at Galhar in Nagsini area of Kishtwar District for ignoring the people of the area and failing to fulfill its promises made by him with the people of the area.
Speaking during a public rally at Galhar few days back, the video of which is available with 'Early Times' the PDP MLC from Kishtwar hit out at BJP MLA Kishtwar who also happen to be the Minister of State in Mehbooba Mufti led PDP-BJP government said that the political parties approached the people of the area for votes on the name of caste, religion, region while as the condition of those people improved after they takes your vote, but the people of area are still lacking behind.
"From this stage I want to convey to BJP who is in alliance with PDP-I want to warn them that PDP is the party whose foundation is based on rebellion ideologies-We pick up the banner of revolt against the National Conference and Congress at the time when speaking against them is equivalent to death penalty," Tak said adding that after atrocities on the people from the NC increased, we stood up against them and formed the party.
He said that if BJP continues ignoring the people of this area, the day will not be far away when the people of this area will raise a banner of revolt against you (referring to BJP) and at that time we will forget that you are our ruling party alliance.
He said that PDP has made it clear to BJP on the very first day if the party (BJP) will work towards the welfare of the people-they will find us (PDP) with them (BJP). While hitting out at the BJP MLA and his party, Tak said that the sitting MLA is repeating the same mistakes which was committed by the previous National Conference MLA.
"If our former MLA gives benefit to its 10 people-now our sitting MLA is giving benefit to its 15 people - I don't want to criticize him-I don't want to take his vote by criticizing him (MLA Kishtwar)-but whenever I visited the areas-it disappointed me to see that how people are living in a poor and miserable condition" said Tak.
