Doda, July 9: Bihar Cricket Club (BCC) and Doda Warriors scripted convincing wins against Gadi Cricket Club (GCC) Doda and Kolkata Cricket Club (KCC) respectively in the ongoing All India 14th Gufran Memorial T20 Cricket Championship 2018 at Sports Stadium Doda here today. Batting first, BCC scored a total of 110 runs in 17.1 over, losing all their wickets in the process. Kuldeep Kumar was the highest scorer who scored 32 runs while Aashish Tokpo contributed 25 runs for his team. For GCC Doda, Bilal Ahmed grabbed 05 wickets while Nasir Ahmed and Shabir Ahmed shared 02 wickets each. In reply, GCC Doda bundled out for just 69 runs in 13.1 overs, thus lost the match by 49 runs. Irfan Ahmed and Bawood Singh contributed 11 and 10 runs to the total respectively. Sourav Kumar was the pick of the bowlers from BCC, scalping 03 wickets, while Kuldeep Kumar and Balram Kumar shared 02 important wickets each. Later on, Kuldeep Kumar of Bihar Cricket Club was declared as Man of the Match for his best all round performance. Similarly in the second match, batting first after winning the toss, Kolkalat Cricket Club scored a total of 84 runs for the loss of all their wickets in 17.5 over. In reply, Doda Warriors managed to chase the given target in just 9.5 overs for the loss of 02 wickets, thus by won the match by 08 wickets.
