Various social, political organizations condemn attack on CRPF convoy

Jammu, Feb 16: Terming suicidal attack on CRPF convoy in Pulwama as a cowardly act, various political and social organizations have strongly condemned the gruesome assault and expressed their heartfelt condolences to the families of the martyred soldiers.
Bari Brahmana Industries Association (BBIA) today condemned terror attack on CRPF Convoy at Awantipora in Pulwama district of Kashmir valley.
According to press release a meeting of the members of BBIA was held under the leadership of its president Lalit Mahajan President.
The meeting was attended by Suresh Mahajan, Sr. Vice President, Aiay Langer General Secretary Vivek Singhal, Secretary Viraaj Malhotra, Treasurer and other members of the association in which two minutes silence was observed to pay their respect to the departed souls of CRPF Jawans killed in the Terror Attack.
The members present in a meeting expressed heartfelt sympathies with the families of the Martyrs who lost their lives while performing their duties and also adopted a resolution sharing grief, anguish and anger of the peace loving peoples of our State over the loss of lives of our Jawans with an appeal to the people to maintain communal harmony to defeat the nefarious design of the enemy.
Krishan Singh (Vr C Awardees) Memorial welfare Committee Urlian, Udhampur today held a condolence meeting, under the President ship of the committee Mahadeep Singh Jamwal, ex-SSP J&K police, to pay homage to the soldiers of CRPF martyred in a suicidal attack on 14th of Feb at Awantipura, Pulwama district of Kashmir province.
Speaking on the occasion, Singh termed the attack as most gruesome act of inimical forces operating in the valley on the behest of its master operating across the border, since the onset of the militancy in J&K.
The Members of Movement for Peace, Equality and Justice, have strongly condemned the cowardice incident and said that it was high time to give a befitting reply to Pakistan.
All the people and political Parties of J&K state irrespective of religion or region and their political affiliation especially Kashmir centric political Parties should rise above party politics and give whole hearted support to the Government for any operation against Pakistan and this tragedy at Pulwama should be taken as national tragedy and the supreme sacrifice of 44 CRPF Jawans should not go waste.
Everybody in the state should stand united in the fight against the forces of terror, evil and expose as to how Pakistan is acting as terror exporting nation and has become the biggest threat to the world peace. They also appealed to the public in Jammu to maintain communal harmony at all costs to defeat the nefarious design of the enemy both within and outside the country.
They further said that all Successive Centre as well as state governments is responsible of this present situation of Kashmir valley.
They wondered as to how such leaders & Political Parties shall continue to throw dust in the eyes of common man and grind their own axe for furthering their political interests.
