MENDHAR, May 23: Despite repeated campaigns launched by Rural Development Mendhar (RDD , under Swachh Bharat Mission (SBM), the Mendhar Town still presents a dirty look, exposing the failure of RDD Mendhar and poor civic sense among residents. The hype and photo sessions during the campaigns launched by the RDD Mendha have failed to make an impact on ground.
