JAMMU, Aug 1: Taking a strong note of "Anti peace" comment on social media networking site "Facebook", a self styled Aam Admi Party (APP) leader was today booked by Kishtwar police. The leader quoted the killing of late Parihar brother who were brutally murdered by the militants on November 1 last year triggering mass scale protest in entire Jammu region.
As per the details available with "Early Times", the Kishtwar administration stated that action was initiated against this self styled leader for uploading highly controversial communal remarks on social media and in this regard District Magistrate (DM) Kishtwar, Angrez Singh Rana today issued an order for initiation of action under relevant sections of law against one Khalid Mehraj Malik S/O Farooq Ahmed Malik R/O Bharath, Doda Tehsil and District Doda, who as per his facebook profile and photos share on it is an AAP leader for uploading highly controversial and communal remarks on social networking site.
The order issued by DDC reads that, " While pursuing the report vide DDR No. 28 dated 23-07-2019 of Police Station Kishtwar, it reveals that the accused namely Khalid Mehraj Malik S/o Farooq Ahmed Malik R/o Bharath, Doda Tehsil & District Doda has uploaded highly controversial and unwarranted remarks on social networking site in which the delinquent person has targeted Minority population of Chenab valley thereby spreading terror with an aim to disturb peace and tranquility among general public.
Further, the said report is pending for initiation of action against accused person which is pivotal to determine the facts associated with the same. Acting under law against the accused, District Magistrate Kishtwar, permitted and authorized concerned authorities i.e. SHO Police Station Kishtwar to initiate proceedings against the said accused under relevant sections of law."

As soon as the said person posted his comment on Facebook, there was massive outrage among the peace loving people of the state who immediately click the screen shots of the highly condemnable comment posted by the said leader beside also share the screen shots of the same requesting DIG DKR Bhim Sen Tutti and District Administration to register an FIR against the accused person and get him arrested.
Following massive outrage, Kishtwar police initiated the proceedings under relevant sections of law for registration of FIR against the accused which was today finally accorded approval by the Deputy Commissioner Kishtwar.
Kishtwar police earlier also register Case FIR No 97/2019 at P/S Kishtwar under offences 505 RPC and relevant sections of IT Act against one sheikh Nazir, a resident of Pulwama who had posted a text comment on facebook page "Secular Jammu" wherein the said person threatened a particular community by giving a reference of Parihar brothers killing(investigation of which is with NIA )which was likely to cause frustration and unrest among public and minority community of Kishtwar, investigation of which is going on.
It is pertinent to mention that no action was however taken against the the shocking post share by the government lecturer Irfan Butt posted at HSS Chatroo who questions the martyrdom of the CRPF personal in Pulwama terror attack and termed it as a handiwork of Prime Minister of India.
"Black Day for us where #PMIndia gets his own soldiers killed and put country to war like situation #Shame -- # SayNoToWar-- #SayNoToModi" read one of the post shared by the lecturer Irfan Butt-the post updated by someone at behest of the Pakistan. The lecturer was though summoned by the police, but was allowed to go after some politicians comes to his rescue.
