JAMMU, Oct 9: Police have apprehended two drug peddlers at Kallah Morh, Simbal Chowa Reasi.
A team of Reasipolice during traffic checking intercepted a Bolero bearing registration No JK20 1633 which was on its way from Katra towards Reasi. The Bolero was driven by Rakesh Kumar son of Madan Lal of Dassanoo Tehsil Reasi and Jeevan Lal son of Sham Lal of Aghar Jitto, tehsil Katra, district Reasi was travelling in the vehicle.
During their personal search, 205 grams Charas like substance was recovered from their possession.
On this, a case FIR No. 180/2019 u/s 8/20/29 NDPS Act was registered against the accused persons at Police Station Reasi & both the accused persons were taken into custody and investigation of the case has been started. |
