KCWT applauds role of NIA to eliminate narco terrorism

JAMMU, Apr 8: Kotli Colony Welfare Trust chairman Chandan Datta met Rakesh Balwal IPS incharge NIA J&K and greeted him for his outstanding working spirit to eradicate drug abuse in J&K.
Recently seizure of Rs 91 lac cash from dist Samba with a successive investigation reveals agency working and commitment to eradicate drug menace out of J&K.
This huge amount in other way may be use to strengthen Drug nexus to supply and channelise drug mafia in Jammu .
Datta apprised him of the current situation of increasing drug menace cases in J&K and applauded the role of JKP and other agencies working to reduce this menace by initiating all possible steps like to launch campaign "Sanjeevani" by Dist Police Jammu .
He said since 2013 we are actively working and awaring masses to save our future generations from this menace and may not sit idle till we make our J&K a drug free zone.
Incharge NIA J&K Rakesh Balwal IPS while discussing has ensured the people of J&K that agency is working on all those parameters to eradicate this Narco terrorism completely out from J&K and in some way we have succeeded to reduce it to a greater extent . KCWT appreciated the working spirit of son of soil having commitment to save its home soil particularly youth from drug abuse and also hails his courageous working to hit out terror activities in J&K.
