Early Times Report CHADOORA, May 19: Minister for Finance and Ladakh Affairs, Mr. Abdul Rahim Rather in presence of Chief Post Master General (CPG) of J&K, Mr. John Samuel inaugurated a modernized post office at Chadoora in Budgam district. He announced that a similar type of modernized post office will also be opened in the historic Chrar-i-Sharief town shortly. Speaking at a function organized by the Department of Post Offices, Mr. Rather lauded the initiatives of john Sameul for revolutionizing the working of post offices in the State adding that the faith and hope among the people on postal service has once again revived. He said since Sameul took up the charge of post offices in J&K, their working has been re-energized and all the modern facilities have been added to bring a revolution in postal communication system. In this regard, he referred to the Speed Post Service and e-post facilities started in the post office adding that Same Day Delivery within and between the cities of Srinagar and Jammu is a reality now.
