SRINAGAR, June 15: Defence Minister, Arun Jaitley today said that security forces are quite capable and competent to thwart any challenge from its neighbours. He asked Pakistan to rein in the forces on the border and said that ceasefire violations cannot go simultaneously with dialogue process.

Jammu, June 15: Disregarding scientific norms for selecting the site for bore wells under State Water and Sanitation Mission by the concerned department, as many as 519 bore holes dug up during 2009-13 were declared unsuccessful after incurring an expenditure of Rs 12.89 crore.
