JAMMU, June 23 : Minister for Housing, Horticulture and Culture, Mr. Raman Bhalla today asked the poor women and other weaker sections of the society to take benefit of schemes meant for their socio-economic development.
Minister was addressing a large gathering after distributing sewing machines and tailoring kits among the women trained in tailoring by SWD at an Awareness camp, organized by Social Welfare Department, here today at Rajiv Nagar. Jammu, June 23 : The Jammu and Kashmir Board of Professional Entrance Examinations (BOPEE) had to cancel the examination of Chemistry paper and postpone the Biology paper of the Common Entrance Test (CET) due to a mistake committed by the invigilators at one of the centres. "It is notified for the information of all the concerned eligible candidates, who are to appear in the CET-2013 morning session paper on June 23, that paper of the Biology is hereby postponed. Jammu, June 23 : Leaving nothing to chance after a militant attack in the heart of the city, police and CRPF have been put on high alert for the two-day visit of Prime Minister Manmohan Singh to Jammu and Kashmir beginning Tuesday.
