Jammu, Sept 20: The Centre has decided to monitor closely all the relief, specially monetary relief being sent to the flood ravaged Jammu and Kashmir.
The Centre has also reportedly asked the State government to submit its plan of funds utilization and how to distribute them.

Since the flood made extensive damage to both life and property many relief organizations have been forthcoming in extending help. Now many international foundations, including the one headed by Bill Gates, are also coming up and more are likely to come in the immediate future.
