Jammu, Sept 26: Crime Branch, Jammu produced challan against a woman Constable, Principal & Vice Principal of Sun Star Academy, Ban Batera, for preparing/producing false, fake and forged qualification certificate at the time of recruitment.
Crime Branch, Jammu has produced challan in case FIR No. 35/2009 u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 201,120-B RPC Police Station Kanachak against the accused persons namely Kalmesh Devi (woman Constable No.1312/J) W/o Karnail Singh R/o Batera, Jammu, Banka Ram (Principal, Sun Star Academy) S/o Moti Ram R/o Ban Batera, Jammu and Bishen Dass (Vice Principal, Sun Star Academy) S/o Moti Ram R/o Ban Batera, Jammu, before the court of Special Municipal Mobile Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Jammu.
Brief facts of the case are that a written complaint was lodged by Beero Devi W/o Nasib Singh R/o Batera Tehsil and District Jammu alleging therein that one Kalmesh Devi D/o Kehar Singh R/o Sangrampur Tehsil Akhnoor District Jammu developed relations with influential persons and succeeded in getting a job for her husband in Forest department on 05.08.1997 and also for herself in the same year by procuring and producing false, fake and forged middle pass qualification certificate in Police department as constable. The said Kalmesh Devi with the intention of securing job in Police department approached the Principal Sun Star Academy, Ban Batera for procuring fake Middle pass certificate illegally. This Middle pass certificate was issued by Principal Sun Star Academy, Ban Batera, Jammu according to admission made on the basis of 'Discharge Certificate' issued on 23.05.1997 by the Govt. Middle School, Kote Garhi by devising, tacticising and manipulating the date of discharge as23.05.1997 which was wilfully changed as 23.05.1987. They tampered the figure nine as eight of the year 1997 and converted this into year 1987. On this a case FIR No. 35/2009 u/s 420,467,468,471/RPC was registered in P/S Kanachak.
From the evidence, oral as well as documentary, collected during investigation of the case, the accused persons are found to have committed the above mentioned offences and have been challaned before the Court of law for judicial determination. All the accused persons have been sent to the judicial custody.
