Prominent people join JKDF

Jammu, Dec 25: Impressed by the policies of JKDF large number of people including youth and women from different wards of Jammu today formally joined JKDF and pledged to toe the party line.
In an impressive joining programme held at Gandhi Nagar office of JKDF a large group of people including women mostly from ward No. 10, 17 and 26 were welcomed by Anil Gupta, President JKDF and Murari Lal (senior leader) into the party fold. The group was formally inducted into the party by filling the membership form in presence of other senior party leaders Krishan Lal , Vijay Shastri, Arun Khanna, Veenu Khanna and President Youth Wing JKDF Munish Khajuria.
Addressing to workers and Media persons present on the occasion Anil Gupta said, "The grass root workers have to play a important role in developmental activities and have a responsibility to toil the party in right perspective. JKDF is fast growing political group which has emerged as peoples voice in short span of time. Congress and BJP are playing the politics of deceit and have lost the mass support. People are desperately looking for strong alternative of this duo."
Welcoming the women workers Anil Gupta Said, "women have special role to play in contemporary politics and JKDF is in favour of providing equal opportunities to women in political representation and also favour reservation of seats to women representatives in legislature. We hope our women cadre will strive hard to raise mass base of party and work for betterment of society.
The prominent among those who joined JKDF are S. Sakwal Singh (Sarpanch Simbal), S. Raja Singh, Chain Singh from Ward No. 10 alongwith Shashi Gupta (Artist), Vijay Soni, Ajay Sharma, Romesh Singh , Sandeep Singh, Rahul, Pankaj, Sunny, Anil, Dheeraj
The prominent women members of who Joined the JKDF are Poonam Sharma (Panch Bantalab), Neelam Kumari, Ratno Devi, Anita Kumari, Meena Devi all from Ward No. 10.
