NSUI demands opening of JUET center

Kishtwar, Dec 25: National Student Union of India (NSUI) delegation today under the leadership of leadership of Waseem Saroori State General Secretary NSUI J & K called on Director University Campus Kishtwar Prof. Shohab Inayat Malik and discussed various issues related to the problems being faced by the students of Kishtwar District. Waseem informed Prof. Malik that there is no JUET centre at Kishtwar and termed it as merely discrimination with the students of this backward area. He urged upon Prof. Malik to take up the matter with Higher education Minister and VC of Jammu University so as to address the problem so that the students in future do not face any difficulty. Prof. Malik assured the student leaders that he will work with zeal and zest for the upliftment of standard of education in Kishtwar University Campus. He also assured the students that he will try its best to address their problems by raising the same before honorable Higher Education Minister as well as with Vice Chancellor Jammu University, particularly for opening of JUET center at Kishtwar.
