Jammu Police to tighten noose against trouble creators

Jammu, Feb 13 : In view of threats issued by various political outfits especially the saffron parties not to celebrate Valentine 's Day tomorrow, Jammu Police has decided to tighten noose against the trouble shooters. "We have issued advisories to all the concerned police stations to keep vigil outside the restaurants, food corners and eateries besides the shopping malls to avoid any untoward like incident," a senior police official here told . He said that anybody creating nuisance or trouble at any public places will not be spared. "Nobody has the right to create trouble at any public place and if anybody indulges into such activities, strict action will be initiated against him and will be booked under law," he added. He however, said that activists of any of the political outfits, vandalising any private property or creating an unwanted scene for the public, will be booked as per the law. Political outfits like Vishwa Hinu Parishad, Shiv Sena, Bajrang Dal and Shri Ram Sena had issued warnings against those celebrating the Valentine Day in the winter capital.
